I hereby make application for membership in The National Hay Association and agree to abide by the constitution, by-laws and Code of Ethics of the  Association.

Annual NHA Dues for 1st Year are $260.00. After the first year dues are on a sliding scale based on tons of forage you produce/handle (associate members are $260.00 set fee).  We expect our members to uphold our Code of Ethics and pay their dues on this basis.  Remember our Motto.
